We use shipping platform Starshipit for all orders. This allows us to choose the fastest shipping method available and provides full visibility & tracking notification via email and text.

Any orders over $100 will receive free shipping using the fastest delivery service. 

Fastest Shipping Service for orders under $100 is available within Australia for a flat $10 fee.

Metropolitan	1-2 business days
Rest of world	5-10 business days

For orders placed before 12PM AEDT Monday-Friday, we endeavour to process the same business day. 

Orders placed after 7am on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched next business day.

All orders are dispatched from our headquarters in Byron Bay, Australia.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from Shippit with tracking details and an estimated date of delivery. You will receive another notification when the parcel is on-board for delivery.

We currently only ship within Australia only, but rest assured we are working on expanding our shipping internationally.
